Windows
Here at PWD we have a wide variety of window styles to suit every home. No two houses are the same, so all products are custom ordered to fit your exact space.
We offer a few different installation methods. We install full gut outs, replacement windows & brick cut ins! With our installations, everything is fully finished on the inside & out. This includes new jamb extension & trim, painted or stained; leaving nothing for you to do. We do things a little differently here, ask about our installation methods.
Sliders
Available in single or double hung (vertical) & single or double slider (horizontal) . Single sliders have 1 operating unit & double sliders have 2 for easy cleaning & more airflow. Your more affordable window option.
Casements
Available in both fixed or operating units, with nesting crank handles.These windows are great for the front of a house! They add amazing curb appeal, provide maximum ventilation & are easy to clean from the inside.
Awning
The perfect window for over the kitchen sink. They crank open & maximize your viewing space. Also commonly found in a garage with obscure glass, allowing you to get airflow & privacy!
Bays, Bows & POV's
These windows add a lot of dimension & character to your home! You can use these as a walk in space or with a seat/ledge. POV's are custom built to your space & are used to replace old garden windows.
Basement
Typically very small, but having an operating unit gives you some ventilation. Make sure to have one larger window for escape purposes.
Endvent
Similar a double slider, but with 3 units. The end two slide left to right. This style is typically used in long skinny spaces.
Round Tops & Shapes
Custom windows will make your space unique. Available in round tops, octagons, triangles & more. Typically stacked above front doors, patio doors & other windows. Made completely custom to your home.
Cut In's
We take an existing opening & cut through the brick to make it larger. We typically do these for a basement bedroom or living space. It is legally required for you to have an emergency exit!
Steel
Most of your doors are made out of steel & come in many different panels, sizes and colours. You can also choose from a wide variety of glass options.
Fibreglass
Fibreglass is much harder to dent than a steel door! Most people use them in a stained finish to give a wood grained look & add character. They also come in a smooth painted finish as well.
Sliding Patio
With a variety of sizes you can turn your patio door into a beautiful view. Available in 2, 3 & 4 panels. Customized with features such as mini blinds, a top lock & operating units.
Doors
Doors are the main point of entry to your home - You want them to be both beautiful & secure. We offer a wide variety of doors, panels, colours, hardware & more. When we install your doors, they are fully finished inside & out. This includes painted trim & jamb pockets, new handle set & exterior clad - Leaving nothing for you to do. French Set
This is a set of double doors. French doors can be fully customized using steel or fibreglass panels. Both doors will open, giving you maximum space to move things in & out easily.
Storm
Sometimes you want that added security & weather protection. A storm door does just that. Customized to blend in or stand out. Most popular is the roll away screen, for it's sleek design.
Garden
Giving you the look for a French set but the strength of a slider. One door is hinged & will swing open & the other unit is fixed for extra light and airflow.
Custom Exteriors
Those extras that really help to transform your home. We typically only provide these services when installing windows & doors - However, if you only need the extras, give us a call & we still may be able to help.
We always have full home transformations happening. It can be done in stages or all at once. Rather than calling multiple contractors to do one job, just call us. Like we said - we are a one stop renovation shop!
Siding
We can give you a fresh new look with new colours, or we can match to your existing product to make it cohesive throughout the entire house! Available in horizontal or in vertical!
Seamless Eavestrough
Eavestroughs & downspouts is what removes the rain from your roof and it disperses into your lawn. These are manufactured onsite with no seams.
Shake & Stone
Installed similarly to siding, but giving you more texture! You typically ally find these mixed with siding for large spaces. Giving you multiple dimensions.
Soffit & Fascia
A major finishing touch- Make it match or stand out! We are connecting your siding to your roof & eavestrough giving your home a complete finished look & weather proofing.
